all of our pieces are handmade, orders can take up to two weeks to be made & process before shipping. please see each items listing for estimated processing & shipping times as they vary. we fulfill & ship all purchases in the order they are received. we ship your entire order together once everything is ready, we do not ship items separately. if your entire order is available in our current stock, we’ll ship it out right away.

if you chose one of our shipping options, once your order is complete & on its way, you’ll receive tracking information via the email provided at checkout. please note that shipping times vary & are dependent on the shipping carrier.

pickup
if you chose one of our pickup options, once your order is complete, we'll email you with the pickup location & available pickup times via the email provided at checkout. please be sure to keep an eye on your inbox, we hold pickup order for up to two weeks. after two weeks orders that have not been picked up with be donated to local organization(s).
