We offer two shipping options: USPS First Class Mail (insurance not included) & USPS Priority Mail ($100 insurance included). We are not responsible for lost, stolen and/or packages damaged in transit. In the event that the customer provides an incorrect shipping address for their order & the order is deemed undeliverable or lost due to this we are not responsible for the replacement of this order and/or fees associate with this order. In the event that the customer’s package is returned to the original sender we are not responsible for any additional shipping charges that may result from having to reship the customer’s order.

If the customer chooses to use a shipping method that doesn’t include insurance they are waiving their right & ability to receive replacement items for any lost, stolen and/or packages damaged in transit. By choosing their shipping option at checkout the customer is agreeing to these shipping terms above.

We do not offer cancellations on any order after the order has been placed, each item is made to order meaning that we order materials to make each piece.
